If you are wondering, I came up with the them about ten minutes before I posted it.  I google, "Theme for short screenplay writing challenge" and picked the first thing that caught my eye.  I had ten minutes on everyone taking the challenge.  And clearly squandered it.

Maybe your low score is due to the fact a lot of people thought I wrote The Hike.

Drongo, you are loved by all and a delight.  And the "Who wrote what" guesses do seem to indicate that I was fooling no one. https://www.simplyscripts.net/cgi-bin/Blah/Blah.pl?m-1750282489/

Congrats, Matthew! You should re-post after this is all done. Someone will film this methinks. A really good idea, well told.

Well done, Kathy! Nice to see second place ♀️amongst the usual testosterone-heavy field.

And, Jeff! Very nicely written for a last-minute entry. Needs a smidge more Mick Taylor preamble imho, but very well written.

As for mine I'm chuffed with the placing considering it got the least amount of reads. WTH! Nicely done, JtF, who was the only one who guessed mine, but thankfully not in the guess thread.

Lots of terrific entries and nice to see some new members. Bring on July!

I have a feeling Don is always going to put himself last in the rankings. I got a laugh out of The Hike - the Roadtrip that nearly was.

P.S. DB, I think you're going to have to disguise your writing a bit better.

False modesty is a sin.

You know what I think would have made a great script for this challenge :
Geoffrey with all his writer's block angst behind the wheel with his rat-mate in the passenger seat. 🤣

Shout out to Grace too.
One of my top scores. Uniquely horrific.
