Well worth a watch if you are drawn to ambitious failures. This is top tier Razzies stuff: big stars doing a terrible job in a slick, big budget, utterly ill-conceived trainwreck.

The first half is mostly a gloriously dreadful mashup of Moby Dick and Body Heat with a blonde Hathaway, a frequently bare-assed McConaughey, and a giant tuna. McConaughey's name is Baker Dill. The tuna is called "Justice." You will wonder for a very long time if you are watching a joke.

The second half is the jaw-dropper. I can't say much more than that. You may hurl the remote through the TV and/or swear revenge on writer-director Steven Knight.

Really, I cannot stress enough how mind-blowingly awful this movie is. But if you're the type that finds such a statement intriguing, I would highly recommend this one. There's nothing out there like it.

I've read many similar reviews.  I really wanted to see this, but it sounds so terrible, I think I'll wait, as I know it will be streaming somewhere for free very soon.

Finally got around to watching this.  Damn, just absolutely terrible, but not so terrible it's entertaining, terrible, just plain old terrible.

I read reviews when this came out, and it sounded like ti was going to be a completely pisser of a movie.  But what it actually turns out to be is a complete head scratcher.  I mean WTF was anyone involved with this thinking?

The reveal is so stupid, it's crazy.  The movie itself, leading up to the 2nd half reveal is mind numbingly dull and completely unbelievably dumbass.

I don't even know what else to say without giving the whole thing away, other than this - don't see this.  It's terrible and not in a good or entertaining way.  Just a complete waste of time.

Grade - F
