Last Saturday, I attended an Open Call for Acting/Modeling  Talent in Durham, North Carolina. (I live in Roxboro, about 30 minutes from Durham). It was hosted by Discovery Network Inc. I had a short meeting with one of the speakers, he was there to see what experiance I had, my look, and my attitude. If the people liked you, you would recieve a letter in the mail telling you to come back for another meeting.

Well, I recived something in the mail, this past Saturday, and traveled to Reialgh, North Carolina, to the Sharitan Hotel, to another meeting. There  my mom and I watched a couple films telling us what will happen once we get started with them.

This November, I will go to South Carolina,  for a weekend to meet with Casting Directors, Agents, and Managers from 30 Production Companies. I will have to perform a Commerical Reading in front of them. on the last day of the trip, which will on Sunday, November 14th, 2004, there will be Call Backs, and if my number is called, I will sign with a companie, agent, and a manager.

So, everyone, you should be seeing me in movies, magazines, and such pretty soon, or at least by 2005.

That reminds me of a MASSIVE cattle-call I went to in a hotel once before.  That's where I learned that if they ask for money, or if they already did ask for money, IT'S A SCAM!!!  Did they ask for money?

I have done a lot of stuff for acting, and still building my resume. So that will help me get work once I get noticed by those people.

You did stunt work and music videos?

I've tried casting calls. In fact the most famous thing I tried out for was some guest spot on "Law & Order: Special Victim's Unit." Of course there was about 700 other people trying to get the part. Hell, I didn't even get in.

Other then that, I mostly do supporting roles in Theatre.

It was more of an accident than a stunt, really, but they used the shot, so I like to call it a stunt on the resume.  It's not EXACTLY a lie.  To make a long story short:  I got kicked in the nuts on episode six of the first season of a little-known reality show called THE ULTIMATE PARTY QUEST.

Their web-site is at http://www.partyquesttv.com

E-mail them, and DEMAND them to put the video on the site, of when Alan got kicked in the nuts.

At this casting call was there a really tiny Asian girl whom was told they'd be giving her a call?

If so, you might wanna rush over to her apartment and check on the man she has stuffed inside a giant bag.  Really bad things are bound to happen to that poor guy.

What a trip "AUDITION" is... what a trip...! If you haven't seen it, do so.  Not cause it's gonna impact your life in a positive way, cause it won't.  Do it cause it will show you what "REAL" horror really is.  This is a movie that'll scare you to death and back again.  I'm still having nightmares damnit!

Anyway, I had to throw in the reference to the movie cause AUDITION was mentiond inside... Back to regular conversation after my shameless plug of the movie.

Well, I am from Baltimore, Maryland and so many movie were filmed in my hometown and I have small appearences in them all. I know Julia Roberts and Christina Ricci. If you rent the movies Runaway Bride, Pecker, Blair Witch Project, and I got to be a walk-by in Ladder 49.

Didn't want to see it.  But congrats, "looking".  Resume credits are good in this industry. :)

I only got to walk by in it. When I see the movie I will let you know if they used me or not. You know how the delete scenes and stuff like that. But if you rent the movie Pecker then you can see me at my house and my old house. And the part in the Blair Witch Project when they were in the store.

So you would be in the store in Blair Witch? What do you look like and I'll go watch it again and freeze frame? That's awesome if you were actually in it, thats the only film of those I actually like and or own

Do you know what agency Christina Ricci works out of? She would be a perfect Susie in my Halloween Games.

Looking --

Julia Roberts would make a great Roko Chan (known as Roko Chan in episode 1, and known as ADULT ROKO in future episodes.) if my BANANA CHAN anime scripts were filmed as live-action movies.

And I'm sure we could find a part for Christina Ricci too.  I could make minor adjustments to the scripts, and Christina Ricci could play Knocko Sashi.

Please somehow alert them of the potential parts.

In order to make the serial of anime scripts into movie scripts, all I'd have to do is make very minor adjustments, and then divide the 19 episodes (so far) into a trilogy.

PART 1 = Episode 1, to near the end of episode 7.
PART 2 = near the end of episode 7, to the end of episode 14.
PART 3 = episode 15, to the end of episode 19.

PART 4 = The stuff I'm currently drafting ... very slowly.

Please check out the scripts at http://www.bananachan.com , and then kindly beg your friends to read the scripts.

I'm also working on a short film for a contest here at Purdue.  The movie is titled "Fated" and is a suspense type movie.  I didn't write it as I got into it late in the process, but I am playing the lead ;D.
