I didn't see this and if it is than this can be moved but I just watched it and have a few things to say...

This is the worst piece of utter garbage I have ever laid my eyes upon, this is about as good as dried up dog s*it. No plot, no structure, no point, nothing... It's not a movie it's Mel Gibson trying to make himself relevant again because he hasn't done a good film in a long time, go back to your mansion you rich bastard and never make another film.

I can't believe anybody would buy this crap on dvd or option it to go to theatres.

I give it a .5 out of 10, it's managed to surpass bad and move off the list.

I can.
The only reason people thought it was good was because it was about Jesus, you know.
It assumed you knew the bible then went on to show Jesus being beaten for an hour and a half.
I agree, that's not a move, that's not even spiritual.
It's shit made by a man who thinks he can exploit beleifs for profit.

Here's a question I thought when I left this film:
Why was a movie about a man who preached peace and love the most violent film of 2004?

At the end whenall the weird stuff happened and the temple broke in half, did that really happen? It's doubtful, that seems like something out of a tornado film ha-ha.

This version of Jesus was like Hollywood both started out good but when they got older they just died. I'm beginning to think these people think we're stupid and I guess for the most part we are if we keep wasting good money on this kinda stuff.

The only thing I made out was that jesus had a brother and... a wife? There was no character building whatsoever, Jesus was a guy who cried a lot and than got beaten for a long time than crusified because he wanted to be king... Today isn't that just a delusuional person like George Bush who thinks they are supreme rulers?

I hate to say it but if Jesus were alive today he'd be in a mental hospital, you know.

And was it just me or was "Jesus" of the film just another white guy, that's kind of everyone's image of what he'd look like, despite the fact that he'd probably be middle eastern. And Mel Gibson stressed so much on authenticity.

If you want the story of Jesus - read the bible, or watch another movie, there are ones out there that depict his story far better then this joke of a film could.
