I'm planning on writing a script series. How long are 30 minute episodes, and how long are 1 hour episodes? Isn't it like 20-30 pages for 30 minute ones? Can someone fill me in.

Yes.  If properly formatted, 30 minute cable show scripts are about 25 to 35 pages.  For hour long shows, they're 50 to 60.

I also read somewhere that for shows with commercial breaks, like sitcoms, it's 30 seconds of air time equal to one page, and for dramas it's one page per minute.
