Okay yall might think what the heck, but hear me out.

Me and this girl dated on and off for 3 years, and loved each other, and she has taold me that she will always have feelings for me even when in other relationships. OVer the summer we last broke up, and now the scool year is started and twice we started "talkin" again about dating but she changed her mind both times. And recently we talked again, and this being a more serious conversation, said that once 2nd semester started we would see where we would end up, but now she is "talkin" to another guy right now, but we still talk like friends like we always do. My question is what should i do to get her to change her mind to us again so that we could ahve a relationship again?
