What do you do when you've got a super hero with two identities? Like, when you type his name before he speaks and in the action areas, how do you go about changing him from Mr. Super to Mr. Jack? Would I just call him Jack and just say in the action thing that he puts a mask on and stuff?

When he's in superhero mode, you refer to him by his superhero name and when he's in civilian mode, his secret identity.

I'm sure there's plenty of superhero scripts in the Movie Scripts section of SS. Take a look at a few of them and I'm sure you'll find an answer.

It would seem logical to say in a script that Batman throws his batarang, than Bruce Wayne throws a batarang.  Sticking with just one name will just confuse people.

Also, in the case of Batman/Bruce Wayne, even the characters' voices are different.  When you read a script, you want to hear the right voices in your head.

When Bruce Wayne is himself then you refer to him as Bruce Wayne.  When he is dressed as Batman then you refer to him as Batman.  Simple as that.

The context of your story should allow the reader to know that Bruce Wayne is Batman without confusion.

Or whatever super hero you choose to write about... ;)
