SimplyScripts Screenwriting Discussion Board  /  Screenwriting Class  /  What Format?
Posted by: Takeshi (Guest), April 5th, 2006, 9:29pm
I'm just about to submit my first short script to Simply Scripts. However, I've noticed on various loglines that some say the script is pdf format and some say doc format.
I did mine on plain old Microsoft word, so should I just say doc format on my logline?

Don't say either.  Don adds that when he puts them up.

It's about time you contributed something. And yeah, Don adds all the stuff after the logline including format level, file type, and even page count.

How does he count the pages if its in Rough Draft?

Thanks guys.

I'll be giving it a final proof read tonight and then I'll submit it. So I guess that means it will be up in about a week. It's a comedy called "Man of a Thousand Masks". It's 16 pages long and will be in the short section. Sorry Ben, it's not set in Australia, it's set in Stockton California.

Is it about our friend Kevin Revie?

I don't know who that is. But I submitted it two minutes ago.

Heh-heh. Kevin Revie, the former king of the sock puppets. I think he had like five other screen names that he posted with at one time...until Don came back from vacation, that is. The cat was away and that little mouse went after it.

RIP Kevin.

Those were the days.

Can't wait to take a look over the short script.
