in my script it's not supposed to be said where it takes place. but really it's supposed to take place in norway. now this is in english. now how to i convey the message of it being set in norway without actually saying it?

Could you somehow incorporate any of the following into the script? -

A national Norwegian newspaper
A Norwegian news broadcasting channel
The national flag
Road sign/road directions/road map/border sign to Norway
An airport
A famous Norwegian tourist spot...

Basically something along those lines perhaps?
