I just checked my profile here on the board and realised my email address is out of date, I changed it quite some time ago. But I only found out that, if I write in a new email address, I will have to verify it. How do I do this? Do I have to create an entirely new account? I hope not LOL! Can someone help me out?

Verifying your email address just means that you'll have an email sent to the address you provide, usually with a link provided so when you click on it, the system knows it has the correct address and emails will go to the right person.

Hope that makes sense.

Mike is correct, you should get a validation email, just click on it and you will be good to go.  Also, note that usually daily I go through and validate accounts.
