First off do a google search for them, then search on IMDB to see credits.

The main thing is that you make sure they don't ask for money from you in any way, even if that means they ask you to get a script consultant in any form.

Be careful of those that offer help with your work in exchange for credit or the like. ( That is the same as money )

Thanks. I found the same info. what I was looking for more was, do they screw around and leave you hanging, do they request every damn script on the net or are they selective, that kind of thing.
