I am aware that the Original music for the film was done by the legend Bill Conti, but this particular song I don't know the name of...

Do you mean a pop song that played during that scene? I have the Varese Sarabande box set of the scores from all the films, but haven't seen the movie in 20 years - if it was a pop source song I'd have no idea.
