I'm an American writer but am a refugee from a European fiction writer's group that was disbanded by the site hosting it.

I have about ten feature length scripts currently in progress that could be considered 'high concept' and am very willing to critique other people's work. I just finished a coming of age piece called 'Crocodile Tears' and am working on a unique take on the zombie genre with "Easter Summer."

I will warn you that if you have a weak or fragile ego do not request a critique from me. I am extremely brutal but very dedicated to the craft, meaning = I will help you pound the scabby flesh from your script, siphon away the dross, and end up with a crafted story.

I am serious about getting better with my own work and appreciate all constructive criticism.

I will begin posting my stories shortly.

Hey, Electric welcome and when you read one of my 48 short scripts be gentle and don't put your reviews so hard, okay!  ;-)

The general rule is, if you're going to provide negative feedback, provide examples for it to back your statement.

I only give what I want to receive. Which is concise criticism aimed at refining and developing the story. If someone does not want to improve their craft I will not critique their work. Trust me, I understand the fragile egos most of us 'artist types' have.

I can't believe how active and friendly the members here are though. I am very happy that I decided to join this site.

The other general rule is

Give me any negative feedback and get your ass whupped

only joking, I want any and all kinds of crits people want to give me, good or bad.

Oh and welcome to the site. 10 scripts does seem a bit much tho.  I like to aim for a more reasonable number...9

Uh, I cannot find the script. I even looked through all your scripts.
I'd definitely critique it for you though. I can't promise it would be 'bad' but I promise you'll at least cry yourself to sleep tonight.

When the time comes, we will feast on your flesh and drink the essence that is your soul.  The banshees will sing along with your screams....

Just kidding, of course.  There are no banshees.

Hi Electricsatori,

Welcome!
I've been on here six weeks and it is addictive.

Will look forward to reading some of your feature scripts.
I am not much of a short story reader.
Cheers,
Elis

You got it pumpkinhead. Give me a script you are serious about and I'll do it.
Posted by: Gaara, June 8th, 2007, 1:24pm; Reply: 20
okay.  Your choice you can either do this short

Stalkers.

There are 2 scripts in this one, the first is Zacks and the second "Unseen" is mine.

or you can do this one (feature length)

Jason versus Pumpkinhead

For this one I am aware of a few errors that I need to fix but anything else you might notice that have skipped mine (and other peoples attention) would be appreciated.

But as I said it is your choice which one you do.

Zack asked me to do Stalkers and I critiqued his first half. That's great that you guys teamed up for this!
Since I've already done Zack's half of Stalkers I will do yours next.

I need to finish the second act of a script I'm working on right now (Easter Summer). I have to finish the 2nd act before it goes stale in my head.
If you check out the Stalkers' thread you will see my critique on his half. I will give yours the same attention to detail.

Don't worry about it, you can do it in your own time, it's not like it's going anywhere :D

Finish up what you need to do and then you can review mine
