Which one do you suggest is better?

Recently I purchased The Screenwriter's Bible on amazon.com, so Im still waiting for shipment. Recently just a few minutes ago today through google.com I found - "The Screenwriting Bible" - Which to my surprise was FREE. It seems to have the same theory and concept as the Screenwriter's Bible but I am skeptical.  :-/ I want to know from you all which one do you think is better? I don't want to go for one and my screenplay becomes a total mess if you know what I mean. Thanks.

I never heard of "The Screenwriting Bible".  I do have "The Screenwriters Bible" and it's helped me out a lot.  I think that you will be happy with "The Screenwriters Bible".  I am.

I'm with anti on this one. Never heard of the program, but the Screenwriter's Bible is an essential tool for the new writer. It covers many areas in structure and format that you'll want to learn to look professional.

Being a fan and proponent of Dave Trottier's book, I can definitely vouch for its usefulness. It's a wonderful resource that I learned A LOT from and even posted a small portion of in the form of the Screenwrting Palette.

The Screenwriting Bible I hadn't heard of, but I did download and look at it. It doesn't look too bad, and I even noted he lifted some things word for word from Trottier's book. It never hurts to read as much as possible about the craft, so by all means, have a look at it, but don't Trottier's workbook and glossary -- those are some indispensible tools that can help a lot.

I may look over Coe's in more detail later, but like I said, it doesn't look bad at a first glance.

Go ahead and get Trottier's book. It's worth the money and you won't have to sort through online info that will give you the same thing.  Even more important would be the purchase of "Save the Cat" by Blake Snyder. You won't need anything else.
