Hello, Simplyscripts.

My name is Dominic Russo, you can call me whatever you'd like. Whether it be Dom, Dominic, or Russo, it doesn't really matter. I've been writing screenplays for a good six years, and love doing it. Writing is my passion, but it comes second beside my job.

I tend to write any genre, but they are all usually shorts. I do not have the discipline to sit down for that long writing.

Hopefully I can gradually learn how to have patience from this site, and also learn from actual writers rather than friends, co-workers, etc.

I'm glad I found this site, and I'm ready to do whatever is necessary to become one of the writers in what seems like a genuine community.

Welcome to S.S.

I suggest reading lots of scripts, especially feature length script, if that's what you're working towards. It's beneficial to read both produced and un-produced scripts as you'll want to learn why certain things work and why certain things don't work.
