I just saw the first TV spt and it looks sweet. Every time i see this film it looks better and better. One thing I did notice in the main trailer and the TV spot, they have the same music playing tha was in 28 Days Later... and it's sequel. Don't get me wrong, it sounds cool, but are they aloud to do that?

I don't see why it wouldn't be. If the song wasn't a part of the official composition of the 28 Days Later theme, then it should be up for grabs. Good song though if you ask me.
The film itself looks interesting, it's always a good feeling to watch some punk that kills a loved one get theirs, and the bit with the gang lord coming after Bacon's family brings a good plot, "How far will a man go to protect his family?" It kind of makes you wonder if you could go through those kinds of extremes if something like that ever happened to you.

While watching the trailer for this I couldn't stop thinking Death Wish 6.
While the Death Wish movies were pretty bad they were also completely awesome because of Charles Bronson getting to do what Charles Bronson does best (deal out punishment, take names, kick ass). That said, Kevin bacon's no Charles Bronson.
I'm planning on staying away from this thing unless I hear a lot of good stuff about it.
