Yes. They made a sequel. The first trailer is here.

It looks pretty good for a straight-to-dvd.

Hey, the trailer had tits.

Seriously though, it looks decent, but the dialogue was cringe-worthy. The interactive approach sounds interesting but will probably disappoint in how much you can actually change.

I'tll probrably be like the final destination 3 dvd. Are there really boobs in the trailer?! I missed that!

Don't ask me how I spot these things, but there's nipple 28 seconds from the end.

It's a gift and a curse. Mostly it's a gift though.

Nipple confirmed, for I too possess the gift.

It's like The Shining, only with boobs, and it helps to have good mammary retention.

Ba dum dum.

I didn't really like the first one.

EDIT: I really liked the original. I didn't like the 1999 remake.

I thought the 1999 version was one of the better remakes.

I'm a purist when it comes to remakes. 99% of the time I prefer the original.

Except when it comes to HAIRSPRAY. I liked the new movie better, even though it's not really a remake.

Got some creepy new clips of the upcoming sequel here-

T.J., you were right! The dialogue is terrible. Also,  I witnessed the nipple!

I always think it's just plain laziness to remake films, haven't they got any new ideas?  Especially when most are worse than the originals but it seems to be the norm at the moment, remaking old horrors.  I still remember watching the god awful remake of the haunting, the original is ouzes atmosphere and chills but the remake is just a showcase for cgi, pointless doesn't cover it.

The original haunting is a beautiful film. Genuine cinema. I know it makes me sound old, but people just don't make films like that anymore.

My point exactly, back in the day films relied on a tight script and good cinematography to create a great movie.  These days it's just 'look what we can do with green screen'!!

This is a sequel to a remake of 'House on Haunted Hill', a different movie then the fantastic 'The Haunting'.

House on Haunted Hill and The Haunting are two different films. Both of them spawned remakes. I enjoyed the HOHH one. The Haunting one....not so much.

This sequel to House looks pretty decent for a DTV release, and it seems the old villian from the "original" might be returning for this one(Dr. Vannacut)

The interactive scenes sound pretty cool too. I enjoyed that feature on FD3, but you had very limited choices. Here it says you'll have over 96 choices so I'll be looking forward to it.

(EDIT--I just found out the interactive feature will be HD/DVD Blu-ray exclusive...which...y'know...sucks. Call me old-fashioned or whatever, but I'm not gonna spend money on that)
