Hawthorne by Chris Bordato - Drama - A young man thinks that the person he has been assigned to stalk is beginning to show signs of the Hawthorne Effect - any positive or negative manipulation to one's environment causes them to perform better.  120 pages - doc, format 8)

It is quite a philosophical sort of story
i never understood whether  Hawthorne  is shooting the subject pl write
And the logline is not clear to me

The whole movie is shot by the character Hawthorne - you never see him except for a part of his hand, arm etc. He is following and filming Danny, Edwyn etc. hence (O.C.) appears by his name the entire script.

Appreciate the feedback on the logline - the story is based on the Hawthorne study (psychology/business research experiment) in Michigan and what would it be like if this effect actually happened in day to day life. The study found that no matter what manipulation happened to the workers in the factory, they performed better. The most conclusive explanation of the results was that the workers knew the research was happening and the bosses were watching their work very closely, so they worked harder because they were being watched and didn't want to lose their jobs. I tried to add some info on this experiment as many are not familar with the study.
