Got this with my Borders Gift Card, and like it enough to toss up a recommendation...Victoria examines several different personalitys and motivations in a very easy to understand format, and goes deeper into psychology than the overview provided in the how to write a screenplay books.  Nice companion to Linda Segers "Creating Unforgettable Characters."
