Has any one seen this. The trailers and clips look very intense. A sharp sense of dread about the whole thing. It seems like the type of film that'll have you feeling winded by the end of it. Though I guess this classifies as another entry in the torture-porn subgenre but i'm really eager to see it.

Its Rated NC-17 for extreme sadistic graphic violence and gore.
