Our Own Be Won by Jared Cole Shipley - Drama, Crime - A 1930's gangster movie based on "King Henry IV Parts I and II". Don Henry "The King" is boss of the Cannelloni crime family in 1932 New York and he faces two threads as long-time ally Eddie "Spurs" Percy forms a rebellion against him, and he is emotionally separated from his oldest son Hank.  123 pages - pdf, format 8)

I don't have much time so I’ll be lazy and comment on the very beginning.

Your title card “covering the majority of the screen”, why tell the reader that?
Specifically a black 1929 Plymonth, is that important?
Blending it in with the darkness, so?
Dougie is in the middle of a story, we will guess that.

OK I’m being picky and these are minor points some of which are probably unreasonable. However taken together I think your style runs the danger of directing the film and slowing down the screenplay. Sorry I haven't got time right now to read much further.
