A sequel to George A. Romero's classic (not the 2004 remake) could be happening soon. What's even more exciting is that  Ken Foree is in talks to topling the cast.

Hey, George, if you're outta ideas here's a freebee: I call it "Horse of the dead" and it's basically about this undead horse and a bunch of teenagers with cameras who beat it for two hours!

Don't like it? I'm also working on "For-the-love-of-God-stop-making-movies-you-miserable-old-man-your-career-was-fluke more-than-talent-no-matter-what-your-vitamin-D-deficient-minions-on-IMDB-say Of the Dead"

It's about zombie ostriches who come back from the dead. But they can't run!!! They're Slow BECAUSE THAT'S REALISTIC!!!!

P.S.

I'm waiting for Army of the Dead. Better cast it as well as DOTD 04.

I watched Bruiser the other night.  Not the greatest movie, but it didn't have zombies in it.

The first line of that article says that it's a direct sequel, which I assume to mean that it's picking up right where the last one left off.  How the hell do they plan on doing this 40 years later?  Groan.
