I'm assuming you're talking about submitting a script? Just upload the right file and ask Don to disregard the other one. I guess you could email it to him as well, though I'm not sure how interested Don is in that.

If you uploaded a bad file, then totally let Don know. Email him first to let him know to disregard the file you sent first, and then note in the second one you send that it's the correct one. He'll take care of it.
