Advice...

Get some script writing software, there are a number of free ones on line. CELTX, SCRIPTGOLD, etc.

Read scripts, produced, unproduced. Read books on the subject, libraries always carry a few. Unfortunately, most readers are going to open this up and close it pretty damn quickly.
