Hello.

I am studying to be an actor, and right now I got a project at school where I am suppost to pick a small dialog from a movie, and remake it as a shortmovie. I was wondering if any of you guys know about a good dialog in a moviescript that has a lot of meaning and feelings. The dialog is supposed to be a maximum of two pages, but can be cut to fit the length. Oh, one more thing: Both me and my workpartner are boys, so please don't find a dialog between two girls ;)

Thx for any help (if I get any ofcourse = ) !

Glengarry Glen Ross has lotsa great dialog (all men).  Also, the final court scene with Tom Cruise and Jack Nicholson in A Few Good Men is pretty powerful.

It all depends on what genre you're looking for of course.

Dig through some of the Oscar winners. Those usually have some killer dialogue as the Academy loves their dramas. A lot of them are available online. Here's where they are on SimplyScripts:

Anything by Aaron Sorkin, probably one of the best dialogue writers in the business. Charlie Wilson's War - Check out the scene where we are introduced to Phillip Seymour Hoffman's character. Brilliant.

* Actually just remembered he wrote A Few Good Men, so Sniper is bang on the money there.

Thank you all for great ideas! I will take a look on some of the dialogs and hopefully pick a good one :)
