Looking for template for the paperwork for an Exclusive Option and Royalty Sharing Agreement from the writer's POV.  

I have plenty of examples available from the producers POV.  However, this guy who wants to shoot one of my shorts wants me to provide the paperwork for the agreement and the thought of changing one of those producer oriented documents to a writer oriented document makes my skin crawl.

So, does anyone know of any writer oriented versions of this document online, or maybe you might have a template for one of these documents you'd like to share via email.

Thanks Mike.  It wasn't exactly the type of deal I was making with this guy though it was pretty close and a lot less changes than the ones I have.
