The new movie is rumored to start shooting this September. No word yet on if it's a remake or sequel. If it is a sequel, it damn well better ignore the shit that was "Annihilation". The first film is actually still good and probably one of the better Video Game adaptations.

I like the first film, but I wouldn't mind a complete reboot.  Otherwise it might be as cheesy as the second one.
