Some of you may know me from TriggerStreet, Zoetrope, IMDb and a few other sites.

I am 64 young, live in Ross on Wye, in the UK and started writing screenplays four years ago after I retired from business.

Before my writing career I was the CEO for an International manufacturing company and a marketing executive for the Sony Corporation. My business knowledge and world travels are brought together in scripts that reflect my experiences to create fast moving, exciting and entertaining stories.

In my four years as a writer I have been commissioned by the director David DeCoteau, producers Simon Foster, Bill Dever and André Paquette and hired as a story editor for prize winning director Andy Lauer.

Block Buster Scripts is currently representing me in negotiations regarding four of my scripts, being considered as part of an LA production companies future slate.

Four of my screenplays have been nominated in competitions and two have won awards.

I was invited to lecture on script writing in the US, in 2007 & 2008 and have been again for September 2009 at the B-Move Celebrations.

Hey Ron, I've already read a few of your posts and you seem talk a lot of sense...maybe you wont fit in here? Only joking lol. Good to have you here, I also hope you stick around and give us some advice, seen as you seem to be doing very well in the world of screenwriting.
