Just bought "Sgt Peppers" and The White Album - I was a bit sceptical about all the claims being made for the new disks, but I must say they sound fantastic. The quality is clear as a bell, and songs that I have previously had little time for (Rocky Raccoon for instance) I now listen to as if for the first time and realise that they are actually quite good!

There is a spot on "Within You Without You" when Harrison is noodling on the sitar and you can hear him count down under his breath as he prepares to start singing again!

What does anyone else think?

I feel it's timely that this is being reintroduced. It was very strange for me when I noodled around in Chapters and saw THEM on the cover of THE ROLLING STONES.

Michael knows what I'm talking about, I think. We seem to be living in a time of resurgence, and I see it in so many ways. Maybe a little spring of a writing gem coming on?

As my brothers and their friends used to quirk: "Mark that down!"

Well, ( ) I just did!  ;D

I will be purchasing this soon.
