Oh the madness... Not another one.  Want Strangers 2?  Tell me where you live and me and some friends will come over to your house and bang on your windows and doors for an hour and a half.

LOL. Well see from what I've heard the sequel isn't going to be like that, it's going to be more of a slasher type film with less banging, more stabbing.

They're making a second one?

Yeah, and honestly, the script isn't good at all (I no longer have it -- sorry). First of all, it was ridden with typos so I can tell the writer is unprofessional.

Second, it takes place in a trailer park with two children as leads.

Third, it pulls the cliche "let's kill the heroine of the first one a minute into the movie" thing. No way in hell Liv Tyler would sign up for it.

If there is a sequel, I hope it's heavily re-written from the script we have now.

What was the plot this time around? Did they reveal anything about the killers or their motives? Was there a bigger body count?

I honestly can't remember Zack. I didn't like it at all, so I pretty much forgot it after I read it. I does have a sort of more "slasher" vibe to it. Think instead of "Halloween," it's "Friday 13th," only it doesn't have half the body count of an F13 flick.

I only remember the basic plotline: after a couple loses their house because of the recession,  they move with their kids into an old trailer park they used to live in before. The Strangers appear. They raise hell. The end.

No identities are revealed.

The script could change, of course, as I believe it was a very early draft and the project is pretty much in limbo right now. But what I read wasn't very promising.

Man, I gotta stop spoiling films for myself.

Alright, I've been hearing some pretty good things about this script. Anybody got it? I'd love to give it a peek.

Haha, don't you mean WAS there a plot this time around?

The first one wasn't my cup-of-tea.

It was bland "omg this is a true story believe it" kind of thing.

Liv Tyler is hot. But that is the only thing I liked the look of.

The second one is going to be rubbish. I don't think I could be bothered with it.

Lets hope it's a straight-to-DVD thing.
