Clarissa by Luis Dazara - Drama - England. End of XIX century. Diane and her daughter Clarissa try to survive working in their marionette theater in the streets. Diane educates Clarissa, but she becomes ill and decides to send to Clarissa to have a better life with her uncles. There Clarissa finds a world different to what she wants and how her dream of being a writer is push out but discover a group of bohemian writers that will teach her everything about the writing, so she runaway with them. Clarissa will have to grow, married to find money to put her own printer, forget what she believes and survive together with her friends to the events of the word and the people that wants something different of her. The biography of an unknown writer that fights for her dreams and an ideal almost impossible in her time. 145 pages - pdf, format 8)

Hey Luiz,

Sorry, but I didn't get thru' much of your script. I did try but unfortunately the use of English meant I found it impossible. Please excuse me for asking this, but is English your first language? Admittedly, they would have spoken differently a couple of centuries ago, but I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have spoken in such a stilted manner.

Perhaps an example would help...

You have three occasions of 'that' in that one sentence. I'm not even sure what you're trying to say.

Could you let me know if English is your first language. Once I know the answer to that question, perhaps I can give you some more feedback.
