Room 101 by Kevin Brown - Short, Drama - Ron and Mary are geologists out in the desert to collect samples.  They are staying at a local hotel in Room 101, and have some neighbors who have problems but become befriended by the travelers. Someone is out to take advantage of someone, is everyone for real? 17 pages - pdf, format 8)

This is not a pdf, but a rtf file. I believe this means you need to download it on your computer to read it. A lot of people, including myself, won't download files. I suggest you re-format it as pdf and re-submit. I would also try to improve your logline.

Well the format was so difficult to read I made it to page 5. Go download some free script writing software and print it out as a PDF. What I read was ho-hum. A short should grab the reader from FADE IN. Come up with a better openning to pull me in. I stopped at page 5. Sorry, but it will be difficult to get people to read it in this format.

Did you try and download any of the free PDF software?  There's a few.  Pretty simple.  Better yet, download some free screenwriting software, like Celtix... if you don't have any.

i got celtix and am working on a sci-fi script. I can export pdf from open office.
However I cannot find the link to upload to simply scripts.
