Is anybody else slightly terrified by the new jumbo avatars?
I thought I was imagining it at first, but when I went to my member centre I saw that, sure enough, the max avatar dimensions have increased from 100x100 to 150x150. I've jumped on the bandwagon and boosted mine up to super-size...but they don't half freak me out.

Busted.
This was something that I was trying to surreptitiously test out before announcing to the entire discussion board. I was concerned that the larger avatar sizes would distort the discussion board. No one has complained thus far.
If you want to upload your own avatar:
Click on "member center" in the top nav (next to the 'logout' button)
Click on "Avatar Settings" in the left nav under "edit profile"
Scroll down a bit. You can either upload an image or use an image that already exists on the internet. File size is limited to half a megabyte.
Try and be tasteful.

That pic always reminds me of Bjork in Dancer in the Dark but it actually looks nothing like her in that movie. Maybe it just the glasses.

Interesting...I was thinking they looked different, but I'd been away for a week and thought I was imagining it.
I like them bigger...especially The Duff!

Yeah, I've got a giant pumpkinhead-like noggin. Must be the giant sized brain inside, right?
