...but is the submission link not working. It says submission of scripts will resume June 6th, which was yesterday.
I don't want to sound impatient but would like to know why it was put on hold.
I need to come here more often. :P

It's on hold because of the OWC. It's always on hold during the OWC.

I periodically close submissions either due to a back log of scripts, vacation or, in this case, the One Week Challenge.
The submissions page is now back up.

OK,The link now works but I have another problem, My script is in fdr format and I need to convert it to a pdf, any one any ideas?, Please

Depending on your version of Final Draft, when you click the file button, one of the options with save should be "save as pdf"
