Hello!!!   Just spotted this!

Spirit, I frequent a fantastic Beatle fan site called DM's Beatle forum. You should check it out.

i was just on there watching a clip about the lady that played harp on 'She's Leaving Home', from Sgt Pepper.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xOZUKhkvLMQ

Her reminiscing were awesome!  And no, I didn't notice the hot chick interviewing her at Abbey Road...

My favorite Beatle song?  The list changes all the time.

Their best song, in production terms and sound, for me, is Penny Lane

Other faves are She Said, She Said and She Loves You.

I'm glad for the visual people on here! I didn't notice that.

Good one, Stevie!

Actually the Walrus is a mesh of Eastern Religions and the Carpenter is Christianity and the poem  is about how all religions lure their followers to certain destruction in a race to see who can devour more.   At least that's what it's about in Alice in Wonderland which I'm pretty sure is where the "I am the Walrus" came from (and the eggman for that matter).

Well, all I know is that I love John Lennon as a person and his work as an artist. I don't appreciate, (but am forgiving of) religious zealots.

Yeah, that's right, MC, though John realized later that he mixed up the thinking. But he said 'I Am The Carpenter' wasn't as good a title!

It's also said the Eggman referred to Eric Burdon of the Animals, a stoner mate of JL. He used to break raw eggs on the bodies of chicks when she shagged them.

I hear the practice is popular in Arizona too... ;D

Far from it. But you know...

I went to visit my neighbor across the street and they were doing renovating, (which I knew about), but they had knocked out a whole freakin' wall, and I hadn't noticed!

It happens to me all the time. I notice all of the little things, but often the big things I can't see.

I'm sorry but the 'b' and 'l' keys on your keyboard seemed to have replaced the 'c'... ;D
