Please read some books on screenwriting.
There is free screenwriting software out there (Celtx). Please use it.
You may have a great story here, but nobody is going to read this.

Okay - it's interesting ... but it really hard work. There's no need to re-invent the wheel, either. There's standards for formatting, so you might want to check them out. Less capitals, more clarity, maybe?
