I don't know if you're around, but I gave this a looksie because I was curious how you handled this premise. FYI, it's already been done with "I think my Facebook Friend is Dead" from Amazon studios, but I'm not a big fan of that script.

Quick things --

You had this EXT BIRD IN TREE and this EXT SUNRISE -- but no description whatsoever. You need at least one sentence after a slug line or one piece of dialogue.. And these are on your first page.

If this is a comedy, you need real laughs. I know you're setting up Byron as a loser/nobody but watching him stare at his Facebook profile is not interesting at all. You need to set your comedic tone early, and this version doesn't cut it.
