I'm a huge comic fan, and I've always thought a Daredevil TV show could work really well, so I decided to give this a read.  I still consider myself a novice at the script-writing game, which is why I'm always reluctant to give my thought or advice...

I read the first page, and skimmed ahead a bit.

First things I noticed: You might want to nix "we" statements, like the one that shows up early on, and you might want to avoid things that cannot be filmed.  (Telling the reader that Hell's Kitchen is also called The Devil's Playground, for instance).  I also had a bit of trouble with your transition from scene-to-scene.  Couldn't tell whether things were indoors or outdoors; you might want to use EXT/INT. to differentiate.
