Shanghai Wedding by Michael McGennan - Action, Adventure, Police Procedure, Comedy - It's Shanghai Police Detective Lori Lu's wedding day, and people keep trying to kill her, as if clearing her desk before her honeymoon is too much to ask of the city's criminals. 100 pages - pdf, format 8)

Whoops, looks like I should spend more time trawling around IMDB. The title "Shanghai Kiss" is gone gone gone as of 2007.

OK, too much hassle to do any more with the uploaded screenplay than let you know right here the screenplay's re-titled "Shanghai Wedding" from this day on.

Cruised through the first few pages. You grab our attention right away, which is good. A lot of scripts I've been reading as of late have been very slow out of the gate.

Your dialogue is good and so is your action. Couple of glaring errors early. LORI Lu. The u should be capped as it's a character intro.

A couple of pages later you spell tires as "tyres."

I'll continue to read. Looks pretty good.

Americans spell it tires. Other countries spell it tyres. It's not a spelling error.

Insider901, how are you?

Did you finish the script? Any thoughts, suggestions?

Thanks, Michael
