Also, my signature is the first few lines of the song "El Scorcho" by Weezer, but now that I look at it, it does seem like something Mackie would say.

Hey Josh,

Welcome to the site. Great to see that you have already posted some work up! I found getting feedback from other writers on this site to be one of the most beneficial things ever in regards to improving my writing.

Don't forget to read and review the work from other writers as well. Not only will this also help you improve your craft, but SimplyScripts works on a quid pro quo basis; so the more you read, the more reads you will get :D

I'll try and get round to checking your work out sometime this afternoon.
