Luke, if you want reviews on this you're gonna have to use better format. You can get some screenwriting software for that. I recommend Celtx or Trelby -- both free. They'll make everything easier, and they also make PDFs, which is the preferred file format around here.

Beyond that, my best advice at this point is to read some scripts for a better idea of how it's done. You don't have to write everything in ALL CAPS, for one.

Action lines aren't too great, either. You use "we see" a couple times and the grammar is problematic.
