To those who don't haunt Phil's facebook page, they're about to release Phil from the hospital.  He went in yesterday for gastro reconstructive surgery.  Everything looks pretty good right now - except that he's stuck eating mush for the next several weeks.  

I'm starting to think he LIKES going to the hospital.  This is turning into a trend...  :P

Rick - unfortunately, Phil's heartburn got so bad that it basically ate the bottom of his esophagus.  So they had to go in, lop off some stomach and reconstruct everything.

Good news - he's as snarky as ever!  :)

I thought the sock had been quite quiet of late.

Glad to hear he's on the mend.
