For Starters, I didn't even read the log line. This was for only one reason: the title. But, I will look further because you shouldn't judge a book by it's title only.

After reading it for ten minutes...

I was surprised by this a bit. The one formatting issue is that you shouldn't give away the character's personalities when you introduce them. Just the psychical stufF. Show not tell.
