Nice writing style. A bit overwritten for me in some spots and maybe this is the reason I'm confused. Read it twice.

Nora lost a close person.
For some reason she has superpowers.
She blames 2 robbers for something? Is it revenge?
kills 1and tells the other she is coming for someone?

Did I miss something somewhere?

Yes, I agree that is is a bit overwritten at parts so I will tone that down in a few rewrites. And yeah, basically she lost someone (pretty much her sidekick, although I never explicitly state that word). The robbers are two individuals who work for a higherup, a boss, who is the one that killed Riley/ordered the hit on her. Nora's been in retirement for a while (hence the sidekick training) but is now coming after the boss/Riley's killer.
