I noticed JonnyBoy started a thread the other day saying he was coming back the boards and I've been thinking about it too.

I've been a member since way back but disappeared last year, in fact almost exactly a year ago.  I really wanted to stay active but who knew how much time a baby would take up! lol.

Having written almost nothing in a year I've decided to start expanding a short into a feature, something I've been thinking about for years.  Also finishing off a few shorts I wrote but never posted.  You know, I actually miss posting scripts and having them ripped to bits.

I wanted to come back here as I keep an eye out every now and then and have made some good friends over the years, some of whom I keep in touch with over on Facebook.  I'll do my best to read some work from members but with wanting to actually write something and keeping the bairn entertained I'll make no promises lol.

Why not try the OWC? I've really struggled with this one but just had an idea that may fly...

If you like your scripts being ripped to shreds, that's the perfect one to come back with!!

You can always write about your experiences with the baby. That's how King came up with the shinging lol.

Welcome back though I am probably in a similar situation and have done sweet FA writing over the last year so contemplating hitting it hard over the next 6 months and making a big return as well.

Your adventures on FB with the bubs have been great as Don has mentioned. A highlight to follow. Gotta get him some MU soccer boots though. Hee Hee just kidding.
