In an effort to breathe some life into SS, let's test our movie knowledge...and let's do it without googling or cheating in any way.  Cool?

Name this movie which had over a $100 Million budget and also earned over $100 Million at the WWBO, and had the following lines used at least twice.

"Do you get me?"

"Everyone fights.  No one quits."

Well...either no one knows, no one cares, no one's around, or you need another quote...so here it is...

"C'mon you apes, you wanna live forever?"

The imbedded phrase, "you wanna live forever?" was used multiple times in the flick, as were the 2 earlier quotes.

How about that game, where someone posts a random frame from a movie, not a obvious shot. Then people have to guess what movie it is from. The one that gets it right, posts the next frame.

Everyone can look up movie scenes on youtube and do a printscreen cut the shot in MS PAINT and upload it online, on a site like imgur.

It's a more visual game, it might get more interest going

Hmm, I remember something about how she likes her coffee. Personally I prefer tea.

Here's an easy one:

"I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass... and I'm all out of bubblegum"

And even easier:

I do believe that's The Thing.

Nighthawks.

Does that mean I get to do one?

Tough one, but great movie, and not Jaws, either.

Bret is... correct.

Your's Sorcerer. You might want to lookout for the movie name in the link, just in case someone wants to cheat. But I would have guessed it anyway. I love that movie. It just came out on a remastered Blu-ray with all the jazz. Soundtrack is great too.

How about this one.

and here is a second pic, just to help out :)

No.

HINT: someone gets shot 10 secs after that shot of the Nikon.

You got me stumped, Demento.  Just from the background and the dated camera, it looks like an 80's film.  Other than that, not much to go on.

It is an 80s movie. You've seen it. You know it. It's a sequel.

It's got that gritty look to it, but those images aren't ringing a bell.  Another 48 Hours, maybe?

Wow. I didn't know a single one of these. And I've seen Fried Green Tomatoes.

Guess this quote:

"I'm not shooting this thing! I hate guns! ... My hair! He shot my hair! That son of a bitch!"

Should be easy enough.

Spaceballs!!! Classic movie. Love the "We're at now-now" bit. Hilarious.

This one's pretty easy as well.

This quote came from an Acadamy Award nominated Actor, who had only about 6 minutes of screentime in this classic film.

"Y'know what we got here? Motherfuckin' Charlie Bronson. Mr. Majestyk."

Name this movie!!!

True Romance.

I never understood why people like that movie so much, Mr. Majestyk (also True Romance). But I've always found Mr. Majestyk to be pretty silly, yet I see a lot of people bring it up, especially older generations. I've always liked Bronson. DEATH HUNT was a much better movie that rarely gets talked baout.

Nice, Demento.

True Romance is easily 1 of my top fave films of all time and I bet I've seen it at least 15 times.

My avatar clearly indicates I beg to differ. Clarence and Alabama live on.  :)

I was mainly talking about Mr. Majestyk. I sometimes hear older generations mention it now and again, which I find kind of puzzling since I find the movie to be pretty average.

True Romance is just "Okay" in my book. I think that movie is overlooked in the grand scheme of things, IMO. It's rarely brought up, yet everyone has seen it.
