Hi Siva - took a quick read, a few thoughts, just my opinion of course.

I'm guessing that English isn't your first language given the plethora of missing words, spelling and grammar issues?

As it is I got 3 pages in before I lost track of what the script was saying due to the errors.

This will make it difficult getting film makers to read through the whole script.

Is it worth re-writing in your first language and seeing if local film makers are interested? Or see about a writing partner who has stronger English?
