The formatting is off.  It seems the entire script is centred.  The "headings" are not correct and should be e.g. INT. or EXT. (WHERE) - DAY .  Actions are placed right under dialogue but I think that is part of the formatting issue.  There are a few really long dialogues.  Maybe you could break them up with some action?

I think this is your first screenplay.  Good try.  I have been there.
