Took a look at this as well as a few pages of the Ride feature by the same writer.  A unique approach -- one which i could see dividing opinion -- but the storytelling (here at least) just pulled me in.  It's hard to pull off this kind of idea, no doubt trickier still to find someone willing to direct it the way you visualise it.  Not sure what the monkey had to do with anything, but the interrogation scene made me smile.  Different, and for what it was I liked it.

Interested to see if the writer's around.

Steve.

David,

I gave this a go based on the above opinions. It was difficult to follow and I had to stop and reread. I'm thinking if only I did hardcore drugs this may yet work ;)

Gl with the script

I don't know what the hell is going on.  I hate to bail, but, I don't follow any of this.  And I have a pretty good imagination.

I'm really confused.  I get the feeling that this is like Sin City and I hated that movie.

I did finish it, but, I have no clue what I just read, or why I stuck it out.

Sorry, but, this wasn't my cup of tea, and I can't really say anything b/c i didn't understand what I read.  Like at all.

Good luck with it.

Sorry, couldn't get through this.  Disjointed scenes without discipline don't work for me.

Best

Thanks for the interest and comments on FAKE COP CLUB, Steve Miles -- give RIDE a chance -- I'd be interested to get your views on the whole script, if you have the time?

I've actually shot and directed FAKE COP CLUB -- hence the specific directions within the script -- Thanks to anyone else for showing interest -- always good to get feedback
