I really enjoyed reading this one!  I've seen a few episodes of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia and I have to say that your characterizations are spot on.  The dialogue was great - very funny stuff!

There are some minor mistakes in spelling, but those can be cleared up with a good proofreading.  I have no experience in formatting a half hour t.v. show, so I can't comment on that.

Again, well written and very funny!
